Learning Focus. Everyone is almost certain to have their activities among their respective activities which are certainly many. Activities that can take the form of business community to social activities. Not to mention dealing with busy office activities.
How to deal with that? The following are steps to get used to so much time while only 24 hours a day.
1. Make Focus Learning Notes
Never believe in your own mind that we are sure to remember all the things that will be done. The mind will always add or reduce many things in the memory of our memory. From the real thing one, it can be three or even five. Even our minds are able to manipulate what previously happened and will happen. Example; we feel we have done something about the work even though it hasn’t been at all.
Make a complete record of what we will do with all these activities. By making notes, concentration for learning focus can be easier. We will be able to see the record again when suddenly forget what to do. With this note, it will be easier for us to carry out all activities according to the path.
2. Do one by one
Do each activity one by one by making a regular schedule, avoid working on it at the same time. Discipline needs to be able to do this, because often we underestimate many things by placing all activities in the near future, not infrequently the same time. For example completing the work of sending e-mails for two different things done at the same time, there will usually be a shipping error.
3. Involve Others
A lot of activities will certainly be very time consuming, while we have limitations. Our hands and feet are only two, and our heads are only one. It shows that to help ourselves become more focused, need the help of others. Whether it’s a wife, brother, employee or friend. By involving other people, what becomes our work will be more focused because other jobs can be shared with others.
The bigger the business develops or the greater the social activities, the more time, thought and energy will be consumed. Therefore, it is important to learn the focus for the actors to be able to determine things that are important to be done by themselves and the rest can be shared with others.
